Cloud Communications Company Telesphere Details Offerings for Legal Field

By David Sims, TMCnet Contributing Editor

Law firms looking to save money and gain a competitive advantage in the legal industry may want to consider Telesphere’s (News - Alert) latest offerings. The nationwide cloud communications service provider recently listed a variety of reasons as to how Telesphere can make its mark in the legal world.

Telesphere offers business VoIP phone systems that allow users to track and bill for both incoming and outgoing client calls. By offering full-featured call tracking in place, Telesphere pays for itself by simplifying cost accounting and capturing revenue from handling client calls.

Lawyers who are always on the go can also benefit from Telesphere’s mobile offerings.

“Advanced features like simultaneous ring, call forwarding and remote call control allow you to conduct business as usual, regardless of whether you’re away from your desk,” said Telesphere officials.

Since security is of the utmost importance in the legal realm, the cloud communications company offers private, dedicated lines – such as the T-1, DS3 and Ethernet lines – that provide large bandwidth and guarantee crystal-clear voice quality.

The business VoIP phone system also allows law firms to reallocate their IT resources, since it’s a fully hosted business VoIP phone system, which reduces the amount of expensive equipment needed.

In the event of power outages or brownouts, the system will still work as its features allow users to “never miss a call, even in disasters or outages” as a secure, power-protected environment and built-in redundancy “prevent any interruption to your service, so your customers can still reach you at all your designated locations.”

Telesphere features also allow users to turn their cell phone, home phone or hotel room phone into their office phone, as all calls from the line will be billed to the office, the caller ID will originate from the office phone and all calls will forward to their self-designated remote phone.

And with Telesphere’s Fax to Email, “you can eliminate the desk clutter of paper faxes, as well as send and receive faxes as secure, private email attachments. Easily store, organize and backup faxes electronically, and conveniently access faxed data on your mobile device.”

In February TMC (News - Alert) reported that Telesphere, whose products are aimed at "simplifying the way you connect with business VoIP systems,” is targeting the medical field as one area of marketing emphasis.
