Hosted PBX Provider Helps Trellis Deliver Optimal VoIP Services

Hertford, NC- based Internet phone system provider Trellis Network Services offers businesses of all sizes the infrastructure and networking expertise needed for a successful VoIP implementation. To make switching to VoIP from a traditional phone service a no-brainer, the company has also partnered with New Jersey-based telecommunications technology developer ConnectMeVoice to offer customers VoIP service with all the features and functionalities larger businesses could once only afford.

According to officials with Trellis, not only does the company use all of ConnectMeVoice’s services including hosted PBX (News - Alert), 800 number, inbound and outbound fax, auto attendant and more, but is also a volume buyer - so they can extend price incentives to clients as well.

The combined ConnectDirect for multiple users means businesses can have professional phone management capabilities, unlimited Internet phone service minutes as well as crystal clear voice quality and the ability to grow with changing business needs.

A recent study by Global Industry Analysts “GIA” found that the IP-PBX market is playing an important role in “reviving the otherwise stagnant telecommunication industry.”
 
And, as businesses replace their TDM systems with IP-PBXs or hosted PBXs, the study found the global IP-PBX market will hit $9.05 billion by 2015.

Trellis manages both the system and service for customers and because the service is hosted, it requires no software or hardware management by the client while also assuring clients that even if the Internet goes down, there will be no phone service disruptions.

To highlight the advantages of the offering, Trellis will also be on hand later this month at The Elizabeth City Chamber of Commerce show in Elizabeth City, North Carolina where they will offer attendees a look at the ConnectMeVoice products.
