Cloud Leader Zendesk Integrates with WordPress

By Rahul Arora, TMCnet Contributor

Zendesk, the leading provider of proven, cloud-based help desk software, recently integrated with WordPress. The integration will help administrators select and easily convert customer comments on blogs into Zendesk help desk tickets. In addition, they will also be able to browse the Zendesk tickets themselves from within the WordPress dashboard.

"There is no better way to improve customer satisfaction and attract new customers than to show that you are listening," said Zack Urlocker, COO of Zendesk, in a press release. "Zendesk for WordPress is a breakthrough,” he added. “Through blogs, companies now can quickly find customers who have issues or concerns, put them into a simple help desk system with a single click and easily track the issue through rapid resolution."

"The new Zendesk for WordPress plugin is a great tool to integrate a robust help desk system into the WordPress workflow," said Joshua Strebel, co-founder of Page.ly, in a statement. "With this integration, WordPress users can easily respond to their readers' comments and ensure that they are providing top-notch support to their current, and potential, customers. We recommend this integration to any WordPress user that is looking for an easy to use, yet full featured customer support solution."

Zendesk’s cloud-based help desk software is the fastest way to enable great customer service, according to company officials. More than 10,000 Zendesk customers, including Adobe (News - Alert), MSNBC, Sony, OpenTable and Groupon, trust Zendesk with their most valuable asset, their customers. The company was recently selected by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) as a winner in the 26th annual CODiE Awards competition for "Best Relationship Management Solution." Zendesk was selected from a cast of six other industry leaders for its elegant support ticket system and self-service customer support platform. Every year the CODiE Awards recognize excellence in the business software, digital content, and education technology industries.
