Cloud Communications Leader Details Benefit of Telesphere Select Offering

By David Sims, TMCnet Contributing Editor

If you haven’t heard of cloud communications leader’s Telesphere Select’s offering, you may be interested to hear that they provide the same fully managed, fully hosted PBX (News - Alert) technology of its Telesphere Complete – while tying in with compatible IP phones.

With Telesphere, you get turnkey phone and Internet service, user and system features, but you don’t get something you probably don’t want anyway – the costly maintenance contract.

The product is being pitched as a way for users to improve their overall cost of ownership. “When you purchase your phones up front, you create savings by lowering your long-term telecom expenses,” company officials say.

The offering underlines the two of the biggest advantages of cloud apps – the fact that it’s instantly accessible and that you don’t need to worry about the maintenance.

In late March TMC reported that Telesphere (News - Alert) officials outlined their Telesphere Complete offering, billing it as “the all-in-one smart voice and data product that simplifies the way you connect for business.”

Telesphere, a nationwide cloud communications service provider with customers in more than 44 states, provides small and medium businesses services and features typically available only to larger corporations. Its Telesphere Complete offering is yet another way to simplify the business process.

Since it is a fully-hosted PBX offering, the technology offers private data connection, business-class IP phones and installation, bundling turnkey phone and Internet service.

The product also offers 24/7 support and is promoted as “scalable to meet your changing needs, packing growth potential at a predictable cost.”

Itemizing what they see as the specific business advantages of the product, Telesphere officials say that Telesphere Complete offers “hassle-free connectivity from a single provider.” Since everything is offered from one provider – including phone service, unlimited Internet access and an allocated private IP connection –customers receive just one bill, helping to simplify the process.
