CloudSwitch Partners with LTech

Looking to help its customers to move to the Amazon EC2 cloud simply and securely, CloudSwitch announced it has formed a partnership with LTech.

For enterprise IT organizations that want to run Windows and Linux applications in the cloud simply and securely, without re-architecting the application or changing management tools and policies, Cloudswitch offers the enterprise version of its CloudSwitch Enterprise, the company states.

Working with other cloud service providers and technology partners, LTech delivers a suite of services and tools for enterprise cloud deployments.

Also, extending enterprise security and control into the cloud, CloudSwitch's software bridges the enterprise data center with cloud computing services. With CloudSwitch, existing applications can be moved to the cloud with point-and-click simplicity and no modifications.

"Enterprise customers are looking for a complete solution, from when they architect their cloud strategies through deployment and ongoing management," said John McEleney, CEO at CloudSwitch. "We are excited to partner with LTech and Amazon to deploy joint customers' multi-tiered applications in the EC2 cloud for unlimited scaling, agility and pay-as-you-go pricing. The market has clearly signaled the need for easy, secure integration between corporate data centers and the cloud."

LTech sees CloudSwitch as the answer for enterprises who want to move their applications and infrastructure to Amazon's EC2 cloud quickly and securely. The company believes CloudSwitch should be an integral part of any company's overall cloud strategy. CloudSwitch Enterprise commercial version is generally available for download at www.cloudswitch.com. The company also has a free CloudSwitch Explorer version for developers and IT professionals.

Recently, the company was included in the list of "Cool Vendors" in the Cloud Management report by Gartner (News - Alert). The company's software bridges the enterprise data center with cloud computing services, extending enterprise security and control into the cloud. Company officials said that with CloudSwitch, existing applications can be moved to the cloud with point-and-click simplicity and no modifications, remaining tightly integrated with enterprise data center tools and policies.
