I6NET and Orecx Integrate Products for the Asterisk Platform

I6NET Solutions and Technologies Limited , a company specializing in the development of new applications and advanced communication solutions, announced a partnership with Orecx , a provider of open source VoIP call center grade recording solutions, to integrate their products for the Asterisk (News - Alert) telephony platform.

Innovative-controlled voice and video applications in VoIP, 3G-324M and PSTN and networks can be quickly installed and deployed with the VXI*VoiceXML browser for Asterisk. VXI* complies with specifications of W3C (News - Alert) VoiceXML 2.0 and some 2.1. It can also integrate automatic speech recognition and text-to-speech systems without difficulty to allow sophisticated voice and video communications, real-time video calling applications and IVR/IVVR applications. The VXI* interpreter can be plugged into any standard releases of Digium Aster PBX (News - Alert). It is scalable and economic.

Customers can search, find and categorize recordings by incoming phone number, outgoing phone number, time or date of call, or other customer needs with Oreka. The Oreka TR, which is VoIP Ready, improves the Oreka GPL recorder, running on all computer operating systems. It also integrates with any phone system. Calls can be accessed using standard browsers such as Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. No additional software is required to be installed. A standard Media Player can be used to replay calls. The solution's search criteria enable quick and precise call retrieval.

Ivan Sixto, co-founder and CEO of I6NETSolutions and Technologies Limited, stated that Oreka is a software that's very complementary to their VXI* products. They both provide a comprehensive solution from Asterisk to develop complex auto attendant systems now with Oreka voice recording application to manage quality management and service control for any call. I6NET and Orecx are both partners of Digium (News - Alert). They've also both been ecosystem members of Asterisk for a while. Both companies are dedicated to work with their most highly developed products for this Open Source (News - Alert) Telephony Platform.
