Nexaira and Micro Center Sign Distribution Deal

Nexaira Wireless, Inc. has signed a distribution agreement with Micro Center.

Micro Center, which operates 22 large stores in major markets in the U.S., will carry Nexaira’s full line of NexConnect high availability 3G/4G wireless routers.

Nexaira provides third and fourth generation routing products for businesses and small office/home office users who want to leverage the high availability of cellular networks.

Officials with Nexaira said the company’s NexConnect products are used for failover, primary access or remote/mobile locations needing business class features traditionally found only on wireline products.

Company officials believe that this distribution agreement would increases access to Nexaira’s routing solutions for small- and medium-sized businesses and would provide this market segment and customer base with products that configure with ease, yet have advanced business class security, management, and reliability protocols.

“Micro Center’s direct sales teams and nationwide retail locations will support the demand these business segments have for 3G/4G technology to meet their communication needs,” said JR Yakel, vice president of sales at Nexaira, Inc., in a statement.

Yakel said that NexConnect Routers provide the best method of integrating cellular communications, allowing business owners and IT managers to improve network availability for branch and SMB locations.

Back in February Nexaira Wireless had announced that it will be expanding distribution into the Canadian market by entering into a reseller agreement with Hardware Solutions Canada Inc.

Hardware Solutions Canada Inc. is a privately held company specialized in the sale of new, discontinued, and refurbished data and telecom equipment.
