Macworld 2010 Witnesses Numerous New Products Launches

This week, Macworld 2010 EXPO will be witnessing many new products launches from various companies such as CarMD.com Corp., NAVIGON, BudSock,\ and more.
 
The event will be highlighting some of the new-to-market products and innovations for the Mac, iPhone (News - Alert) and iPod platforms through its ‘First Looks’ program, which allows attendees to test-drive the displayed products.
 
Macworld is IDG’s world EXPO event that offers access to hundreds of Mac products and services. It also offers expert advice, demonstrations and instruction on various products. The event’s conference programs offer product training on various topics.
 
At the event, CarMD.com Corp will be introducing a new tool, so called CarMD Handheld Device & Mac/PC Software System, for diagnosing a car’s potential repair problems. This personal diagnostic tool provides drivers with a fast and easy-to-use analysis of their car’s health.
 
Apparent will be unveiling Doxie, a portable, USB powered scanner, at the event. The Doxie scanner can send documents and photos directly to popular desktop and web apps like Flickr, Google (News - Alert) Docs, iPhoto, Picnik, Tumblr and Twitter. This scanner also features an intuitive, one-button design that makes scanning and sharing paper easy.
 
Blue Microphones will be announcing iPhone and iPod Touch compatible version of its portable mic – Mikey. Apart from compatibility with iPhone, the mic also features a 3.5mm line-input for direct recording of other sound sources, along with a USB pass-thru connection for simultaneous charging and syncing.
 
At the event, NAVIGON will be introducing an updated version of its MobileNavigator, a on-board iPhone navigation application that includes Google Local Search, Reality View Pro, branded in-route POI’s, seamless in-app iPod controls, enhanced pedestrian mode, and Traffic Live.
 
Apart from these launches, Macworld 2010 will also be witnessing launch of other products such as: Shure’ SE115m+ sound isolating headset with remote + mic; SMART Technologies’ SMART Notebook SE (Student Edition) Mac; Other World Computing’s portable NuPower Charge & Sync+ for iPhone, iPod, cell phones, digital cameras and other digital devices; LogicKeyboard’s new Apple (News - Alert) Advance shortcut keyboard; and more.
 
In addition to these products, Macworld 2010 will also be witnessing launch of many other products such as: gloves that mimic human touch and enable using iPhone in harsh weather; a shoulder/hip bag with integrated controls to operate iPods or iPhones; a compact 2.5-inch portable USB hard drive that can back-up laptop on-the-go; and more.
