Accel-RF Ships Five High-Power Reliability Test Systems to European Customers

Accel-RF Corporation, specializing in RF reliability testing systems for compound semiconductor devices, has announced the shipment and installation of five advanced high power reliability test systems to customers in Europe.

 

The systems shipped to government research as well as commercial establishments will assist in the development of Gallium Nitride devices in Europe, said Accel-RF sources.

 

“Now that we have successfully shipped and installed these leading edge systems, I am pleased to announce the acceptance of our High Power Reliability Test Systems by the compound semiconductor community to test the reliability of GaN technology in the European Union,” said Roland Shaw, president and founder of Accel-RF.

According to company officials, the service and first line support of these systems will be performed by Peritest Eurl which is near Paris, France.
