Western Blue Now an NWN Company

Western Blue, a Sacramento-based information technology company, has announced it is now a part of NWN Corporation, a Waltham, MA-based provider of system integration services and solutions.

As per this latest announcement, the two information technology powerhouses will become stronger, Terry Joslin, president of Western Blue (News - Alert), said.

This strategic move will enable Joslin and his team to deliver new services to their clients and to give employees even more opportunities to grow and develop.

Western Blue serves the public sector through several California statewide contracts. The company also has offices in Fresno and Salt Lake City, Utah and provides desktop to data center solutions from HP, Microsoft, Intel (News - Alert) and McAfee.

Their knowledge complements NWN that also has deep expertise in HP and Microsoft technologies. NWN works closely with Cisco (News - Alert), and EMC.

Last year was difficult for most companies but Western Blue and NWN continued to grow despite a sour economy. They are expecting better times ahead and hope to leverage Western Blue's dominance in California and NWN's (News - Alert) strength throughout the East Coast and Texas.

A woman-owned company, NWN Corporation provides clients with a complete range of system integration services and solutions ranging from business systems strategy and design to IT architecture, implementation, nCare remote management, and IT staffing.

It also delivers premier products in the industry, and customizes these products according to their specific needs and situations.

NWN now has 11 offices and more than 400 employees with this agreement.

Mont Phelps, NWN president and CEO noted that Western Blue is an excellent complement to NWN.

“Western Blue has achieved outstanding results in the markets it serves because of its talented professionals and its distinctive solutions. It will fit in brilliantly with the NWN culture of doing the right thing right for our customers,” Phelps said.
