InnoPath Software Ranked 238 among the Fastest Growing Company by Deloitte

InnoPath Software, a provider of mobile device management technology, announced that it ranked number 238 on the “Technology Fast 500” Deloitte’s (News - Alert) ranking of the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America.

Rankings are based on percentage of fiscal year revenue growth during the five-year period from 2004 to 2008, according to company officials. This ranking is compiled from nominations submitted directly to the Technology Fast 500 Web site, and public company database research conducted by Deloitte.

InnoPath’ technology helps operators and mobile device makers reduce support costs while providing a better end-user experience by offering a unique end-to-end over-the-air customer care solution, say company officials. It reduces support call time and helps drive call avoidance.

For example, InnoPath’s ActiveCare is an over-the-air frontline care solution for mobile operators, combining a server deployed at the operator with the powerful ActiveCare client on the phone, said company officials. Together, they create a real-time over-the-air connection that facilitates configuration, troubleshooting, updates and security.

ActiveCare can deliver a pre-integrated solution that is also extensible based on the business requirements of the operator. Researchers have already proven the ROI for OTA-enabled customer care solutions, say InnoPath officials.

“With a global customer base of Tier 1 wireless operators and device manufacturers, InnoPath has consistently demonstrated leadership, resulting in 563 percent revenue growth over the past five years,” said John Fazio, president and CEO of InnoPath, in a statement.

“We’ve now become even more relevant to operators by extending our solution to frontline customer care, providing the solutions that will drive costs out of their customer care organizations while enabling superior customer service for their premium smartphone subscribers,” Fazio added.

To be eligible for Technology Fast 500 award, companies must own proprietary intellectual property or proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues.

Further, the participating companies also should have a base-year operating revenues of at least $50,000, and current-year operating revenues of at least $5 million USD or CD. Additionally, these revenues must have more than doubled between 2004 and 2008, InnoPath officials said.

InnoPath Software (News - Alert) recently announced that Technology Marketing Corporation, in conjunction with Crossfire Media, has named the company’s ActiveCare for LTE as a recipient of the 2009 LTE Visionary Award presented by TMC (News - Alert)4GWE Web site.
The ability to provision next generation 4G LTE (News - Alert) devices in real-time across an all IP infrastructure Over-the-Air is a unique capability of ActiveCare, said company officials.
