Gizmox to Reveal Cloud Application Platform to Migrate Legacy to Cloud

Gizmox is reportedly set to reveal its application platform atop Windows Azure and its development framework,Visual WebGui. The Web and cloud platforms offer the only push-button .NET (News - Alert) desktop legacy application migration path to Windows Azure. Visual WebGui is the first .NET open source Ajax empowered Web/Cloud application platform that provides, build, migrate, run and manage benefits.
 
Visual WebGui combines next generation web user and developer experiences which free enterprises to focus on its customer’s satisfaction and delivering solutions with faster ROI. Visual WebGui has been proven to provide the shortest time to market and remarkable ROI. It enables enterprises to migrate to Windows Azure by reusing their existing Windows software code on Windows Azure without re-write or re-engineering. The process is simple since it consists only of copying and pasting the Windows code into VWG, selecting Windows Azure run in Visual WebGui SDK and run.
 
According to Navot Peled, CEO of Gizmox, the company provides unique legacy applications migration to Windows Azure and the ability to run them as responsive as desktop's, with proven unhackable security. Gizmox is working with Microsoft (News - Alert) to bring its solution to enterprises that are looking at migration to the Windows Azure cloud here and now.
 
In addition, Gizmox enables fast development, desktop's performance, and richness and security benefits to newly built cloud applications. Peled added that the Visual WebGui offering is one of the most significant for enterprise cloud applications.
 
According to Tom Naylor, Advanced Telemetry Founder and CTO, who used Visual WebGui, Advanced Telemetry has successfully built an enterprise application on Windows Azure that enables applications to be developed with a lot less financial investment and time.
 
The ease of using Visual WebGui is an important benefit as there is no learning curve. In addition, Visual WebGui also cuts down Web & Cloud applications development time by up to 90 percent as reported by developers.
 
Visual WebGui features a new cloud application platform that consumes just 50 percent CPU and 10 percent bandwidth when compared to other solutions. This results in additional cost saving benefits for users. Gizmox will be releasing assessment tools that allow proper cloud planning and managing like pre-deployment calculating of cloud running costs, remote monitoring, tracing and reconfiguring for application optimization and provisioning.
