Jungle Disk Unveils New Backup Solution for Servers

Jungle Disk, LLC, a provider of back-up solutions, has added a new back-up solution to its Jungle Disk product line called “Jungle Disk Server Edition.

The Jungle Disk product line offers small to midsize businesses with an automated and affordable way to back up servers in the cloud.

Built purely on the core storage technology of the Jungle Disk product line, the new Jungle Disk Server Edition offers simple, secure server backups with advanced compression and de-duplication, in order to speed backups and minimize space.

Available for Windows- and Linux-based servers, the Jungle Disk Server Edition offers an entirely new backup engine that is designed from the ground up for handling large and complex backup tasks and critical server data.

Moreover, the new back-up solution for servers also facilitates users with Internet-based accessibility of backed-up files so they can transfer data back to servers. This helps in maintaining business productivity even during server crash or hard drive failure.

Jungle Disk Server Edition features unique pay-as-you-go pricing of only $0.15 USD per gigabyte and is provided with a  remote management feature – for Mac,  Windows, or Linux-based computers.

“We have always tried to work collaboratively with our customers to enhance and continually improve our products with the features to boost productivity and give peace of mind that files and data are secure, protected and readily accessible,” said Dave Wright, founder of Jungle Disk. “Today we are expanding our portfolio with two new products, and adding a number of enhancements to our existing Desktop and Workgroup products that both underscore our commitment to innovation and build on services that our customers trust for their data.
