Data center networking specialist, BLADE Network Technologies Inc. has
reportedly opened new sales and support office in the United Arab Emirates, or “UAE,” to serve customers throughout the Middle East and Africa.
The company has selected Al Sayegh Brothers Trading, a full service institution that offers complete brand management solutions, as the master distributor in the UAE for its RackSwitch family of data center switches.
Charles Ferland, vice president of EMEA, BLADE Network Technologies, said that the company is pleased to expand their worldwide presence with new sales and support office in the UAE, one of the world's leading centers of commerce.
“Customers across the Middle East and Africa are deploying our RackSwitch products to meet their growing data center networking requirements; this new regional presence demonstrates our commitment to the region,” Ferland said.
According to company officials, RackSwitch 1/10G line of products combine best-in-class hardware design and power consumption with server-specific features, ultra low latency, data center optimized airflow and full interoperability with existing network environments.
BLADE's assures that its RackSwitch offers the best price/performance and lowest power consumption, especially for the region where energy costs are raising and governments are embarking upon green IT initiatives.
