Salesnet's Sales Process Workflow System Receives United States Patent

Salesnet, a provider of sales performance CRM solutions, recently received a United States Patent for its Sales Process Workflow System.

The company believes that this latest patent demonstrates its leadership in driving sales effectiveness.

“This is an honor and it really shows that Salesnet leads the market in sales performance improvement software,” said Tod Madderra, chief technology officer at Salesnet, in a release.

He said the company believes that its process capability is the cornerstone to sales performance improvement and consistency, adding that since they work with customers to take their best practices and automate them in Salesnet, the customers are loyal.

The company claims that customers cannot find anything on the market to match Salesnet's capabilities in this area.

ITSM Academy (News - Alert) is an expert in processed-focused IT service management. The Academy has to ensure that its processes withstand the rigorous standards it teaches every day. Lisa Schwartz, chief operating officer at ITSM Academy, selected Salesnet as the Academy’s CRM solution because of the process engine.

“We looked at a variety of different CRM solutions, but only Salesnet gave us the flexibility to customize the software based on our processes, instead of the other way around,” Schwartz said in the release.

She said Salesnet’s process capability allows the ITSM academy to quickly implement best practices and update the practices within minutes.

Salesnet ensures that its sales automation systems provide an open and flexible method for integration and data sharing. Its service-oriented application provides cost-effective start-up and implementation with effective operational environment.

Earlier this year, the company introduced an out-of-the-box product, pre-built templates and defined customer engagement process.

Last month, Salesnet announced its presence on the social media outlet Twitter. It plans to use the social media outlet for company news, articles about customer relationship management, and sales performance improvement.
