Solutions Group Inc.
reportedly has been awarded a contract to support
CrowleyJones in the engineering and development of a new high-tech product.
The product, which incorporates complex hardware and custom software, is set to be released into the interactive exercise and sports training market in the third quarter of 2010.
“Solutions Group has been brought on board to support the high-tech development for this product due to the company’s expertise in hardware and software engineering,” said Terry Jones, managing director of CrowleyJones, in a statement.
Jones said that SGI’s local interface with global engineering provides exceptional support, allowing the company to reduce cost of development and time to market.
CrowleyJones develops, builds and delivers proprietary products with emphasis on unique function and high design.
“We are excited to be working with CrowleyJones on the development of this innovative product,” said Sean O’Neil, CEO, Solutions Group.
“We look forward to completing the development of this product, and see it as the beginning of a long-term relationship with an innovative and growing company that has an excellent track record of launching successful products,” O’Neil said.

The company said that it seamlessly integrates its regional design centers in North America with its lower cost off-shore engineering locations in Romania and Mexico to provide exceptional blended pricing solutions and reduced product design cycle times.
