Three Large Global Companies Renew Contracts for Convergys HR Solutions

Three large global companies in the services and technology industries reportedly have renewed contracts for Convergys HR Solutions.

 

Convergys (News - Alert) officials said that these human resources outsourcing contract renewals range from one to five years in length and during that period are expected to generate total revenue of more than $25 million.

 

“Convergys and its HR Solutions clients share the same goal – ensuring that employees have the tools they need to better serve themselves and their customers,” said John Gibson, Convergys president, human resources management, in a statement.

 

Gibson said that these contract renewals are a testament to the hard work and dedication of both the clients and Convergys employees in successfully providing HR solutions that are responsive, flexible and available to employees 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

 

Giving details of the contracts, officials said that Convergys will continue to provide workforce management and HR administration services, including recruitment, on boarding, absence management and leave administration for more than 60,000 North American employees of a leading business services company.

 

This company, a client since 2002, renewed its contract for Convergys HR Solutions for another five years.

 

Officials said that for an outsourced services industry client of more than ten years, the company will continue to provide benefits administration and support to almost 70,000 employees in North America.

 

Convergys said supports this client’s desire to be an employer of choice through the seamless provision of benefits management and annual enrollment support.

 

Additionally, Convergys said its strong understanding of this global company’s business and the way it delivers benefits prompted the two-year contract renewal.

 

According to officials, Convergys also signed a one-year renewal for payroll technology and systems supporting 18,000 U.S.-based employees of a global technology company.

 

Recently TMCnet reported that Utah’s Department of Transportation has renewed its contract for Convergys’ On-Demand Speech Self Service solution for 10 additional years.
