Cobweb Promotes Connected IT Solutions Along with Microsoft

Cobweb, a provider of IT solutions and services that require little or no capital investment, reportedly has started a promotion -- called ‘Connected IT Solutions’ -- in order to help U.K. businesses reduce IT costs and improve communications.

Cobweb and Microsoft (News - Alert) will be presenting an IT breakfast briefing at Microsoft’s U.K. offices.

At the IT briefing, Cobweb Solutions experts will guide small and medium enterprises on how the right tools can help them in many ways, including lowering IT costs, winning more customers and increase business efficiency and employee collaboration.

Promoting Connected IT Solutions for U.K.-based SMEs, the briefing will provide businesses with an overview of the enhanced suite of Hosted Microsoft applications such as Exchange Email, CRM and SharePoint and also the benefits of connected IT solutions.

Mark Gambarota of Microsoft, U.K., will be presenting at the briefing.

Nowadays, there has been a shift towards hosted or cloud-based SaaS (News - Alert) applications, which has enabled all business, large and small, to make use of cutting edge technology, say sources.

For this reason, Cobweb said that it’s more effective and efficient to have all the IT solutions deployed by them. As a U.K.-based Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Cobweb said it can deliver hosted exchange e-mail, hosted SharePoint and hosted CRM to all businesses on a pay monthly, scalable basis.

Currently, Cobweb is offering all local businesses with a bundled offer, wherein businesses can get a 33 percent discount when purchasing all the three elements - Hosted Exchange Business E-mail, Hosted SharePoint and Hosted CRM.

Cobweb-hosted SharePoint is a web-based project collaboration tool that connects team members together, thereby enabling them to share information and documentation securely via the corporate network.

Based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, Cobweb’s hosted CRM solution is a full service customer relationship management suite featuring marketing, sales and service capabilities, thereby enabling businesses of all sizes to find, win and grow profitable customer relationships. It is accessible from any location with an Internet enabled device. In addition, there are no upfront costs or hardware installation.
