Burton Group Launches Burton Group Institute

Burton Group has launched Burton Group Institute, an on-demand training resource for enterprise technologists.

In a release, company officials said that Burton Group Institute features practical and actionable training presentations by industry leading analysts and consultants from Burton Group.

These advanced workshops challenge complex IT projects and offer real world experience to better prepare IT organizations for implementation of new and established industry technologies.

Officials said that Burton Group Institute training is focused on issues affecting organization today, like social networking, data protection, and applications security, by giving technologists the level of expertise that is expected with counsel backed by the in-depth research Burton Group is known for.

These workshops are delivered in a video format with integrated slides and audio and include presenter interaction for further details.

Officials said that with present travel restrictions and tight budgets, Burton Group’s on-demand workshops are designed to assist technologists in making smarter IT architecture decisions from the convenience of the office.

Burton Group is an IT research and advisory services firm that helps technologists make smart enterprise architecture decisions.

Burton Group says that it provides in-depth, IT research and advisory services to executives and technologists at Global 2000 organizations.

In June Burton Group had announced introducing methodology for overcoming data silos (MODS) to solve the profound problem of producing quality data from a decentralized silo.

Data silos are a natural and permanent part of today’s decentralized information systems. However, data silos make it difficult for businesspeople to obtain the integrated information they need to make decisions and do their jobs. The data silo problem has been and continues to be a negative factor in the current economic recession, which is affecting the livelihoods of millions of people.

To address the data silo problem, IT professionals cannot apply the same thinking they used when they created the data silos originally.

MODS is a ground-breaking project methodology for bridging data silos and delivering integrated information from decentralized systems.
