Xytech Systems Corporation, a provider of media process management software for workflow, resource and asset management in the media and entertainment industries, has been selected by
Testronic Laboratories to provide its MediaPulse software for the automation of home entertainment quality control workflow.
Testronic Laboratories provides multimedia quality assurance for all types of content on all media and for all devices including optical players, PC, mobile equipment, game consoles, and more.
Officials with the company said they chose MediaPulse software after a strict evaluation to streamline its workflow and media business operations across their 6 locations in 4 countries.
The MediaPulse solution helps Testronic to monitor the progress of each project and log issues found during their quality control testing. Issues are made available to the customer and partner vendors via an interactive Web site for resolution, approval and notation.
Seth Hallen, President of Testronic Laboratories U.S. said, “I'm looking forward to the greater efficiency MediaPulse will provide us. Status and details of quality control projects will be available quicker in flexible formatting to management, our customers and their authorized vendors without the need for manual compilation of information from various sources into custom reports.”
Hallen also said MediaPulse has the ability to support their diverse operations across multiple workflows, languages and currencies and anticipates this to be a platform upon which the company can grow as it is implemented into all of their various service lines.
In addition, MediaPulse’s powerful and flexible architecture uses the latest technology benefits of the .NET (
