TESTCo Expands to Latin America

Austin-based TESTCo, an on-demand software testing company, has expanded to Latin America.

“Our presence in Monterrey, Guadalajara and Mexico City will put us in a position to service many more cities and countries with the lightning fast service our clients have come to expect from us,” said Jeff Hotz, president and CEO of TESTCo, in a statement.

Hotz said that the time is right for expansion and Latin America offers a lot of unique opportunities for the company in addition to maintaining current method of operating from Eastern Europe.

Hotz acknowledges there are lots of outsourced IT companies already in Mexico, but TESTCo Latino America will be one of only two companies whose focus is exclusively on software testing.

Hotz said Mexico is a growing market demanding higher quality each day as its premier companies expand their competition on the world stage.

Officials said that TESTCo Latino America will serve Latin American and US-based clients who want same time zone services and/or want on-site help from test engineers. Now, testers can even work at the same time the developers are working across the United States and Latin America.

“Of course, we remain committed to our mission overseas with our partners in India and Eastern Europe,” Hotz said.

He said that the new branch simply allows the company to continue the growth of while providing even greater customer satisfaction.

“Mexico is making it clear that software and product quality is paramount. We recognize this effort and we’re ready to seize the opportunity with top-notch technical talent who have English as a second language,” he added.

Hotz estimates more than half to two-thirds of the businesses in Latin America currently work with outsourced IT companies in and around Mexico – mainly because of the convenience. And, that’s something TESTCo will be able to directly handle with its new Latin American connection.

“Our On-Demand Software Testing skills are second to none and now, our expanded reach will help us deliver to even more businesses in a new environment in addition to our work in India and Eastern Europe,” says Hotz.

With the new TESTCo Latino America, the company hopes to continue the trend of year-over-year growth and unmatched customer service.
