announced plans to launch “Global-i GTM Suite of Go-to-Market and Launch Management Services” for Communications and IT Clients.
According to the company, the new GTM Methodologies are customized for development and delivery of Next-Generation/Enhancements projects in the areas of Infrastructure, Software, Hardware and Services across Carrier and Enterprise-grade Communications and IT products and services.
Utilizing the Global-i Go-To-Market Methodologies, service providers, OEMs, enterprise, government and vertical market customers can plan and execute launches, customer acquisitions, partner development and pre-sales kinds of activities.
Specifically, this new service line helps IT and communication clients launch products and services through a fully-gated product lifecycle management process and also in introducing their infrastructure deployment/systems integration initiative via a thorough implementation process.
The Global-i GTM Methodologies are based on goal planning, gap analysis, business analysis and modeling, strategy development, GTM planning, offer management, product management, product marketing, technology services, GTM execution, GTM program/project management, systems analysis, pre and post-sales implementation and business process integration.
Officials at Global-i said that they will provide the services via fixed-fee consulting and managed outsourcing. The fixed-fee service will be a custom service and will be developed per the needs of the client and delivered via Global-i GTM service directly from Global-i offices.
Company also provides contracted service via Global-i Expert Consultant service where Global-i consultants can be embedded into the client's existing Go-to-Market and Cross-functional teams and/or be dedicated consultants to the client. In either case, Global-i Consultants are certified in Global-i GTM Methodologies.
Dave Roy, Global-i founder and president Global-I said that, the new GTM Suite of services offers converged communications and it clients, the end-to-end ability to go-to-market on critical rollout investments. The service utilizes the strong value propositions highlighted by domain-based consulting, commercially-tested go-to-market methodologies, speed-to-market, project leadership, project turnarounds and flexible delivery structure.
The company is currently offering this service as a standalone service, although a bundled and integrated service with other Global-i services can also be specifically customized and delivered per client needs.
