PrintCountry.com Intro Web-based Services for Printer Problems

PrintCountry.com reportedly announced it launched a new range of Web based services that are collectively designed to be a one-stop resource reservoir for printer troubleshooting, with the specific intention of assisting users easily navigate and self-service their way through hitherto myriad and apparently unsolvable problems, which lead to extreme frustration.
“These new services are a way for the website to show its commitment to provide its visitors practical solutions to printer problems that ordinary users can understand,” said Serhat Pala, president of PrintCountry.com, in a statement. “These new troubleshooting guides can help lessen the frustration that typical printer users feel whenever they have to deal with printer errors and the error codes sound like Greek to them.”
Company officials said that most printer users are not trained or technically conversant with most media output device problems, and the new services include a dedicated YouTube channel and a new interactive printer troubleshooting tool.
PrintCountry.com, anonline store for discount office and printer supplies, said the YouTube (News - Alert) channel, The PrintCountry.com YouTube, contains instructional videos on how to solve day to day and recurring printer output bottlenecks, such as finding a free printer driver download, replacing printer ink cartridge and cleaning printer heads.
The first few videos, such as ‘How to Clean Print Head Nozzles’ and ‘How to Clean a Clogged Printer Ink Cartridge,’ which were uploaded on the YouTube channel were claimed by official sources to be an instant success, with each receiving at least a thousand hits in the first three or four days after release.
Officials said that its interactive printer troubleshooting tool titled, ‘Troubleshooting Guide’ helps users with step by step instructions for almost any conceivable and specific printer error or problem that they are experiencing. A lot, of course, depends on the user selecting the best fit answerthe company said responses have been designed for even printer beginners to understand, and the solutions offered are even simpler to understand when used in tandem with some of the company’s YouTube instructional videos.
“The most popular questions asked by PrintCountry.com customers are not really complicated printer problems but rather common, day-to-day concerns such as setting up a wireless printer, what to do when a printer cartridge runs dry after not being used for a while, how to add a printer on the computer, and how to find printer drivers for old operating systems like Windows 98,” Pala said.
PrintCountry.com said that it has extended its services by widening its existing knowledge base repository to more than 500 common printer problems and tips, which even cover complex issues experienced by savvy users.
The company’s printer & ink cartridges blog reports on various issues in the computer and printer industry today, as well as provides detailed reviews on many different printer models available in the market today.
