CustomerCentric Selling, a methodology that is designed to improve revenue growth and sales performance, has
reportedly announced the Portuguese version of its “CustomerCentric Selling” book.
The announcement was made in Brazil. At the launch event, one of TDC’s managing partners, Alberto Perazzo, conducted a lecture highlighting the main sales issues addressed with the CustomerCentric Selling methodology.
“We hope that you will find this book helpful. Buyers are leveraging the Internet to change the way they buy, but companies that can align with their selling processes have the potential for a sustainable competitive advantage. Buyers want to be empowered rather than sold,” stated the founding co-authors of the book.
Reportedly, the book was translated by Editora Qualitymark and revised by TDC’s executive team, Andre Hermann and Alberto Perazzo.
Clients such as Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Business Objects, Rockwell Automation, EMC and Raytheon (
