MetricStream Inks Deal with SigmaQuest to Deliver Product Quality Management and Compliance Solutions

MetricStream, a company that specializes in global governance, risk, compliance and quality management solutions, has reportedly signed a partnership agreement with SigmaQuest, a provider of on-demand, scalable solutions for product quality management.

The partnership, as stated by the companies, is aimed at delivering end-to-end product quality management and compliance solutions. The partnership is also stated to now enable military and aerospace, electronics manufacturers and FDA-regulated industries, that utilize both companies’ software solutions, to get instant feedback on quality throughout their products’ entire lifecycles, pinpoint the root cause of errors, fix processes immediately.

This will avoid reoccurrence of errors and prove compliance to stringent quality requirements from FDA, FAA and other regulatory organizations, said MetricStream official.

“There is great synergy between the SigmaQuest and MetricStream product offerings,” said Nader Fathi, chief executive officer at SigmaQuest.

As a result, this partnership is of great value, particularly for those companies building electronics-based products for regulated industries,” added Fathi.

Moreover, Shellye Archambeau, chief executive officer of MetricStream, mentioned that ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction is paramount to all businesses.

Archambeau said the company is happy to align with SigmaQuest as it provides key product quality, supplier quality and root cause analysis data.

Further, SigmaQuest’s upfront manufacturing and product quality information and MetricStream’s Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Non-Conformance Management (NCM) and Supplier Quality solutions are believed to offer their mutual customers to ship better products and lower costs and risks associated with noncompliance.
