Modcomp Systems & Solutions Becomes Cisco Silver Certified Partner

Modcomp Systems & Solutions, an international company providing IT systems integration, data acquisition, and process control solutions, has renewed its Silver Certification from Cisco to meet rigorous standards for networking competency, service, support and customer satisfaction set forth by Cisco (News - Alert).

Cisco measures the customer satisfaction levels through its Gold, Silver and Premier Certified partners based on regional target goals, providing a weighted average of a partner's pre- and post-sales support over a rolling 12-month period. The Cisco Silver Certification recognizes partners who have either achieved two of the following four advanced specializations: Unified Communications, Routing and Switching, Security, and Wireless LAN; or have achieved the Express Unified Communications Specialization and one of the following advanced specializations: Routing & Switching, Security, or Wireless LAN.
 
As a Cisco Silver Certified Partner, Modcomp has reportedly met requirements for attaining a broad range of expertise. Moreover, the company was required to integrate Cisco Lifecycle Services into their offerings and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction based on independently audited customer satisfaction surveys.
 
In addition to the Cisco Silver Certification, Modcomp also achieved a Customer Satisfaction Excellence Gold Star from Cisco which recognizes Modcomp for delivering outstanding customer service to customers in the United States. Modcomp is said to have achieved this milestone by attaining an aggregate Customer Satisfaction Survey score of 4.96 out of a maximum aggregate score of 5.00.
 
“Customer service is a cornerstone of the Cisco Resale Channel Program. We are pleased to recognize and congratulate Modcomp for achieving outstanding customer satisfaction,” said Edison Peres, senior vice president of the worldwide channels go-to-market group at Cisco.
