The new service, according to company officials, provides a “on premises” experience to customers. The service, with additional benefits of a hosted delivery model, is delivered using the same Microsoft implementation code. The solution is equally suitable for both small companies and large international organization.
Cobweb has been using Microsoft CRM for more than two years as a Customer Management and Sales Automation tool.
Mark Adams, managing director, Cobweb Solution said that the CRM software has added a huge value to their business. “I am certain our 5000 business customers can benefit from it too,” Adams said.
Cobweb worked with Microsoft to ensure that the service provides users with all the benefits.

The Cobweb Hosted CRM solution includes all the usual services available through Hosted Exchange and SharePoint Services, officials said. This includes 24/7 UK based support, opportunities to configure and customize the service to suit individual customer needs and user based benefits such as single password access for all hosted services taken.
