Quickoffice Intros eOffice 4.7 for BlackBerry Touch Devices

Quickoffice, Inc., a provider of mobile office productivity software and services, has unveiled eOffice 4.7 for BlackBerry (News - Alert) touch devices including support for the BlackBerry Storm.
 
According to the company, eOffice is the only mobile solution that can edit native Microsoft (News - Alert) Office files available for all BlackBerry smartphones, including the latest BlackBerry OS to earlier versions. Its new streamlined user interface and reorganized menu structure allows mobile professionals to easily access, view, edit and share files.
 
eOffice 4.7 features include file viewing, support of PDFs, photos, Word, Excel and PowerPoint file types. Users can view the details of every image, graph and table using a magnifying solution offered with the package. It also comes with unlimited, free online storage to enable easy access to office files directly from the device.
 
With eOffice 4.7, users can easily maintain the integrity of the original document while editing native Word and Excel documents. The mobile application also works with Google (News - Alert) Docs and Spreadsheets, allowing files to be copied to the device for editing or sending via e-mail.
 
The ability to access Spreadsheets from Google enables users to collaborate with colleagues on the same project, regardless of geographic location. Users can even print and fax documents and photos from their BlackBerry.

The company is currently selling eOffice for BlackBerry for a special price of $29.95, under the Dynoplex brand, owned and operated by Quickoffice.

The company's product line-up includes Quickoffice Premier, which allows viewing and editing of Microsoft Office documents, Quickmanager, which is an embedded e-commerce application that allows for over-the-air upgrades and purchases, and Quickaccess, which provides for remote access of PC-based content.
