Carolina West Wireless (CWW) has partnered with ENABIL Solutions to support its Managed Customer Care and Billing Services, according to the companies.
ENABIL Solutions is a privately owned company with headquarters in Calgary, Alberta and specializes in developing and managing Customer Care, Mediation and Billing solutions in addition to providing professional consulting services.
Since its selection in March this year, ENABIL has been working under nondisclosure on the configuration, implementation and overall management of their Aurora platform - a flexible, customer oriented billing solution to support CWW in the highly competitive North Carolina market.

Alert) Communications Billing and Revenue Management as its backbone and was chosen for its proven ability to deliver superior time to market advantage and help bill and manage all communication services from mediation, rating and billing within a single environment.

Officials at ENABIL said that the Aurora platform has been helpful to CWW in providing end-to-end customer care including collections management, real-time credit checking, real-time order creation and service provisioning, multiple payment processing options, flexible rating architecture and dynamic invoice generation.
CWW is now able to compete in any chosen market segment using the feature rich software combined with ENABIL's ongoing management, maintenance and support services.
