Genius Project4Domino V6 and Genius Project V2 now include key cross-departmental and customizable functions.
Genius Project4Domino provides high-level portfolio views of the entire project portfolio. Projects may be grouped by business unit, division or department hierarchy. This provides a powerful enterprise-wide view of project status, budget variance and completion timeline.
A new budgets function provides greater flexibility in budget development by allowing the user to define the level of detail, line item breakdown and budget timeline.
The solution’s enhanced project portfolio streamlines the standardization and qualification of new project requests with a powerful tool that allows users to manage priorities and balance project requests according to strategic issues, the investment picture and performance.
The additional invoicing module, includes start-to-finish project invoicing to improve margin overview, project results and cash flow. User-defined invoicing plan allows creation of upstream project deadlines for invoicing for time and products at specific milestones with every conceivable variable fixed price or advance invoicing, 30percent on order, 30 percent on delivery and 30 percent on production.
Also, Genius Project4Domino V6 and Genius Project V2 now offer 100 percent user configurable dashboards.
