Covad Wholesale Offers Higher Bandwidth Services

Covad Wireless services offer businesses T1-class wireless broadband that delivers symmetrical downstream and upstream speeds. By delivering Internet access through a wireless infrastructure, Covad Wireless services provide businesses a powerful alternative to standard T1 services.

 

The new Multiple Bonded T1 services are available to Covad’s wholesale partners. They provide up to 6.0 Mbps of symmetrical bandwidth with no distance limitations to meet the demanding broadband needs of small businesses and distributed enterprises, filling a need between T1 and DS3/Fractional DS3 offerings.

 

Covad Wireless services provide small-to-medium companies with business-class broadband in an affordable, flexible range of offerings from 768 Kbps up to 6 Mbps that's up to four times the speed of a conventional landline T1.

 

Businesses can start off with 768 Kbps and can upgrade to faster levels of performance as needed, all without having to purchase additional equipment or implement local configuration changes.

 

High bandwidth is required by advanced services such as video conferencing. The higher-bandwidth services and application-aware MPLS services provide an intelligent broadband services platform for Covad wholesale partners.
