nAppliance Networks Partners with Sonasoft

nAppliance Networks, a provider of cost effective infrastructure management and security appliances for the SMB and enterprise markets, has partnered with Sonasoft Corp. to deliver a new line of exchange archiving appliances.

Sonasoft (News - Alert) Corp. provides compliance, disaster recovery and data protection solutions for the Microsoft platform.

According to nAppliance officials, the new product line, dubbed the Net-Archiver SonaVault series, enables businesses of all sizes, big or small, private or public to safeguard against future litigation risks, effectively scale and optimize the exchange server storage infrastructure, and improve simple day to day employee email records and access management.

"By partnering with Sonasoft we are providing an enterprise class email archiving solution which is cost effective, and at the same time very function rich,” said Billy Bath, director of business development at nAppliance, in a statement. “The market is waiting for a state of the art archiving appliance solution that will effectively help index, preserve, and simplify day to day employee and email records and access management, achieve regulatory and eDiscovery compliance, and meet business continuity needs of organizations of all sizes at an affordable price.”

Bath said that the company is glad that it will be offering a unique appliance solution to the marketplace.

Officials said that Sonasoft, built using future-proof software components from Microsoft (News - Alert) and Sonasoft, is an "all-in-one", cost-effective, scalable and tamper-proof Microsoft Exchange archiving platform.

Officials pointed out that it effectively indexes, preserves, and manage all emails, achieving regulatory compliance and meeting business continuity needs of organizations of all sizes.

"We are extremely delighted to partner with nAppliance and this will benefit everyone in the value chain -- channel partners, distributors and resellers,” said Andy Khanna, president and CEO of Sonasoft.

Khanna said that an email archiving appliance built on a robust server will open up tremendous opportunity for channel partners and will offer an affordable, plug and play solution for end-users.
