Broadview Networks to be JN Phillips Auto Glass Communications Provider

JN Phillips Auto Glass has selected Broadview Networks, a business communications provider, as primary provider of voice, data networking and security services.

 

Broadview officials said that the company would serve JN Phillips Auto Glass’ communications via its fully integrated Frontline MPLS - multi-protocol label switching (MPLS) – service to more than 40 sites in 3 States.

We rely on Broadview Networks (News - Alert) for securing our critical customer data across our network with our customer care and dispatching application, as well as our vital customer communications," said Maureen Confalone, chief operating officer, JN Phillips Auto Glass, in a statement.

 

Confalone said that it was evident from the beginning that the entire Broadview team was passionate about making the company’s unique and complex challenges their own. 

“They worked tirelessly to create a solution that is more flexible, more scalable and less expensive than our previous carrier,” he said.

 

JN Phillips Auto Glass with the help of Broadview’s MPLS service would be able to prioritize traffic by application for increased business flexibility and efficiency.

 

Brian Crotty, chief operating officer for Broadview Networks said that communicating across sites and across states can be expensive and challenging but customers, including JN Phillips, leverage the Broadview Networks Total Solution to make their work more effective and more efficient.
