LiveOffice Enters into Agreement with Insight

LiveOffice, a provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS (News - Alert)) email hosting, archiving and continuity solutions, and Insight, a technology solutions provider, have signed an agreement to offer LiveOffice's suite of services to Insight's U.S. customers.

As part of this agreement, Insight will provide clients hosted solutions for email, mailbox management, email compliance and e-discovery.

"With our clients' ever-increasing interest in SaaS solutions, we were looking for a partner that could offer a breadth of email management services, from Hosted Exchange 2007 to full-featured archiving," said Steve Kedzior, senior vice president of client solutions, Insight, in a statement. “LiveOffice is a partner we found that complemented their impressive offerings with an agile team able to meet our needs every step of the way by providing reliable and responsive service for our clients."

Nick Mehta, CEO LiveOffice said that since launching the partner program last year, the company has seen tremendous interest from value-added resellers (VARs) looking to expand their SaaS portfolios and reap the benefits of recurring revenue streams.

Mehta said that entering into a partnership with a global VAR of Insight's caliber is extremely exciting for the company and excellent validation for the viability of SaaS email management solutions in the channel.

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is a provider of brand-name information technology hardware, software and services to large enterprises, small- to medium-sized businesses and public sector institutions in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.

In February, Insight Enterprises, Inc. had announced a strategic alliance with Tectura Corporation, a Gold Certified Microsoft Dynamics Partner.

The agreement expands Insight’s ability to provide cost-effective ERP and CRM software solutions.

As one of Microsoft’s (News - Alert) largest global licensing resellers, Insight offers unmatched global licensing and software asset management (SAM) services to thousands of clients worldwide.

The alliance with Tectura builds on Insight’s Enterprise Software technology practice, enhancing Insight’s capabilities around Microsoft Dynamics financial, customer relationship and supply chain management software solutions.
