RightAnswers Achieves Strong Growth in 2008

RightAnswers (News - Alert), a provider of self-service and IT knowledge management solutions, achieved strong overall corporate growth in 2008, according to the company.
The growth was fueled by new customers and client endorsements, new partner engagements, product certifications and the launch of several powerful software products, said RightAnswers.
 
RightAnswers officials said the company’s significant growth was marked by the signing of many global clients and partnerships, enhancements to the company’s software products, and a multitude of success stories from the client base of major corporations.
 
"Our growth this year has been driven by the results clients have achieved with our solutions," said Jeff Weinstein, president and CEO of RightAnswers, in a statement.
 
Weinstein said that many of the company’s clients have been able to reduce the number of incidents opened by 20 percent to 50 percent, while 90 percent of the end users surveyed have recognized an improved support experience.
 
In addition, calls escalated are reduced by 15 percent to 30 percent, and this is typically achieved within only a few months, he said.
 
The company officials said that the in 2008 company’s products were selected by new clients from a wide range of industry verticals, including higher education, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality and government.
 
New customers include: Liberty Mutual, Mitre, University of Arizona, Aetna, Grant Thornton and ghe government of Alberta.
 
Moreover, officials said that the company in 2008 also took the Unified Knowledge Suite to new levels with the release of 5.0 by incorporating strategies and enhancements that drive end user adoption, content effectiveness and support analyst workflows.
 
These included advanced search options, expanded reporting, a redesigned administration console, and multi-tenancy architecture all enhancing the user experience.
 
In last year the company also released two enhancement products, Support Wiki offering Wiki functionality to simplify the capture of organizational knowledge, and Knowledge Explorer adding a new dimension to search by providing customized access to diverse sources of knowledge.
