Using the 7.1 version of the Telephony Office-LinX platform, customers can distribute the application and resources over multiple servers connected to a single or distributed telephony infrastructure, according to company officials.
The High Availability release is an add-on service to version 7.1 or above of Telephony Office-LinX. It’s expected to work with over 100 different PBX (

Alert) and key systems.
A class of tightly-coupled distributed systems, High-Availability (HA) Clusters provides high availability of services through hardware and software monitoring, synchronization and hardware redundancy.
With HA infrastructure, every unified communications (UC) node across the network becomes replicated in real-time. Officials said that if a node fails, the other nodes take over the call load.
The newest version provides Geo-redundancy where the nodes can be situated in physically different locations in active mode. Officials said that this allows nodes to take overflow of calls or distribute call traffic over geographically distributed location.
The latest version also features “SIP POOLING.” This allows organizations to pool all session initiation protocol (SIP) channels to answer calls from any private branch exchange (PBX) or resource.
The current High Availability release allows for up to 8 UC nodes. Officials said that each node can scale up to 100 SIP sessions, each providing a total scalability to 800 SIP sessions and 20000 plus users.

Alert), adding that by leveraging company’s SIP infrastructure, the Nodes can talk to completely different PBX's and telephony infrastructures.
