Equinox International Gets Cisco Silver Certification in Middle East

Equinox International, a Technology Consulting and Solutions group in the Middle East, has achieved Cisco Silver Certification. This makes the company one of the few Silver Certified Partners in the UAE and the Gulf, stated Equinox.

Cisco (News - Alert) states that if the customers work with its certified partners, they will get various benefits. To start with, partners can combine Cisco expertise with their own value-added services portfolio and be your trusted technology advisors. A Cisco Silver Certification partner will also have the ability to integrate technologies and provide more sophisticated solutions your business demands.

Equinox believes that this certification will help the company to serve both existing and potential customers and help the Group to deliver further value and technical expertise. If a partner gets Cisco Silver Certification, it means that the partner company has considerable knowledge and expertise in selling, installing and supporting Cisco solutions. Also, Silver Certified Partners will have integrated Cisco Lifecycle Services into their offerings and demonstrated high levels of customer satisfaction.

Osama Qadan, Principal Partner at Equinox International, commented: “We are delighted to have achieved our goal of becoming a Cisco Silver Certified partner, cementing our relationship with Cisco. We are, however, setting our sights higher still. We already have plans to gain Cisco's highest accreditation, the Gold certification while still working very hard with our partners like NetScout (News - Alert) to deliver better solutions and services to clients everyday.”

Equinox International believes that the company could achieve this certification with a combination of excellent project management and superior solution/services delivery. The company now aims for the Cisco Gold Certification.

In October last year, Equinox International increased its focus on Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) and its process consulting in Middle East by expanding its presence there. Beginning earlier this year, Equinox began offering ITIL based services to its client base as part of its audit projects. The company will also become a Silver sponsor of the itSMF Egypt Chapter.
