Binary Tree Partners with CASAHL Technology

Binary Tree, a New York company that has serviced over 4,000 customers and 10 million users over the last 15 years through its cross-platform messaging migration and coexistence software, has signed a partnership agreement with CASAHL Technology.

Under the terms of the agreement, both the companies will resell each other's products. The combined service is expected to offer customers with enhanced solution that will allow them to integrate or migrate their collaborative applications between IBM Lotus Notes and the Microsoft platform.

"CASAHL's (News - Alert) expertise around application migration and coexistence is very complementary to our expertise with messaging migration and coexistence," said Steven Pivnik, co-chief executive officer at Binary Tree (News - Alert).

"Customers will see great value in working with the complementary suite of solutions that our two firms offer," said Pivnik.

Binary Tree's CMT suite of software products offers co-existence and migration between enterprise messaging and collaboration environments based on Google Apps, IBM Lotus Notes and Domino, and Microsoft (News - Alert) Exchange and SharePoint. The company says the software products are the preferred solutions of Microsoft and IBM.

CASAHL's flagship product, ecKnowledge, is a Microsoft-preferred solution for application coexistence and migration. ecKnowledge version 9.6 allows customers to integrate, extend or migrate collaborative applications and data between the IBM (News - Alert) Lotus stack, the Microsoft stack and enterprise applications.

"Binary Tree and CASAHL are two of the longest standing Lotus Notes ISVs," said Harry Wong, president and chief executive officer at CASAHL Technology (News - Alert).

Wong says that together the companies offer complementary and best-of-breed solution sets that will allow Lotus Notes users to coexist and/or migrate between the Lotus Notes and Microsoft platforms.

Apart from its well recognized products and technology, CASAHL also has been offering training and consulting services for analysis, integration, coexistence and migration projects.
