SkyCreek Deploying at CRG West's Chicago Data Center

Customer care solutions provider SkyCreek is now offering geographically-dispersed deployment at CRG (News - Alert) West's Chicago data center located in the city’s financial district, according to the company.
 
The Herndon, VA-based SkyCreek processes millions of automated interactions with end users nationwide and works with numerous Fortune 500 companies.

As the market continues to trend toward enterprise customers outsourcing customized contact applications to a data center environment, companies like at CRG West are extending enterprise-grade platforms that can scale with demand while supporting customized features.
 
CRG West provides data center space and peering opportunities to over 350 of the world's leading networks, communications providers and universities. Now with nine data centers in seven major metropolitan areas, CRG West provides colocation space, connectivity services, remote hands support and the fast growing Internet exchange, the Any2 Exchange, to its growing client base.
 
As TMC (News - Alert) reported, CRG West recently announced the Any2 Exchange internet community has signed its 150th member in California.
 
The Any2 Exchange that connects ISPs, content delivery networks, entertainment companies, academic networks and enterprises coming together at a common location.

Joe Enrico, COO at SkyCreek, says CRG West is providing additional capacity and associated intelligent routing algorithms are being added that will allow the company to meet the demand for customized interaction solutions in an efficient, secure manner.

SkyCreek provides automated, outbound customer care solutions, including a range of voice and data delivery options to help facilitate communication between a company's internal systems and its customers.

Enrico also noted the growth in enterprise customers looking to outsource customized contact applications to a data center environment, led the company to select the Chicago data center for its ability to respond to scale with demand, while supporting its customized features.
 
In addition to being located next to Chicago's primary fiber routes, CRG West's SAS (News - Alert) 70 certified data center provides a low-latency interconnection point. The facility also has many security features in place, including 24-hour site-secure access, mantraps and biometric scanners.
Facilities like CRG’s Chicago data center, as well as the recently launched Wilshire Boulevard center in Los Angeles, is key in the transport and protection of data and are necessary for companies, universities and government agencies to communicate without using service providers.
 
The voice/data center will feature DS3 and PRI circuits, allowing best-of-breed telephony features and quality; direct termination overflow for failover; physical, logical and network security and unlimited traffic capacity.
