Drishti claims that the company also met the Quality Monitoring needs of MOSL.
In September last year, the company
launched a communications suite, called “DACX Ameyo,” for emerging contact centers and enterprises. The service is said to offer telco-grade reliability, scalability, rapid application development, deployment flexibility along with multi-tenancy capabilities.
This follows what company officials call the successful launch of their flagship product, the “DACX Contact Center Suite.” The suite has been deployed in enterprises in India and the Philippines over the last two years.
