Early Data Analysis Expedites Litigation Support Solutions

earlyCASE – both company and product share the same name – is an on demand Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) product, works on Desktops and is used to detect stumbling blocks prior to finalization. It reviews any ESI accessible by client’s computers without any interference. It is customized to meet requirements ranging from analysis, segregation, modification, multi linguistic, metadata details (data about data - name, size, type, length, fields, columns, location, association, originator, and current editor), redundancy filtering, and documentation.
"By assessing data early and reducing the amount of data that has to be processed,” said Brad Jenkins, President and CEO of Trial Solutions, in a statement. “earlyCASE has the potential to enable our Litigation Support Providers to save their clients millions of dollars per year in e-Discovery processing and review costs." Electronic discovery (e-Discovery), also known as Electronic Data Discovery (EDD), is a method used to identify, analyze and protect electronic data with the intent of using it as evidence in legal cases. It may be investigated online, offline, on a standalone desktop or a network, via a court order or by government decree.
The Litigation Support Ecosystem (LSE), from Trial Solutions, together with earlyCASE meld together to provide a holistic solution to customers, “to support the entire litigation lifecycle," said Mr. Jenkins. LSE, as a product by itself, offers EDD, ImageDepot – a document repository and online review tool, data hosting and electronic data forensics.
earlyCASE also supports and investigates Lotus Notes and IBM Domino E-mail, Microsoft’s (News - Alert) pst files, and compressed files.
