Tech Mahindra Launches New Workforce Management Business in UK

Tech Mahindra, the largest independent India-based IT services provider in the telecom space announced the launch of a workforce management business based in the UK. Tech Talenta will address contract recruitment by offering screened high-end contract resources with attractive, fit-for purpose commercial models, in the UK and across Europe.

Tech Talenta specialises in recruitment services, workforce management services, professional services and consultancy services. Amongst its commitment to customers is a stringent screening process; a fit – to – purpose engagement model and progressive year-on-year gains.

Tech Talenta will offer recruitment, fulfillment and ongoing management of local temporary contractor resources in the areas of business change, IT development, product engineering, IT systems support and operations by blending the world class technical and project management competence from Tech Mahindra.

With the launch of this new business, Tech Mahindra’s portfolio offers a complete range of services – from IT Services and System Integration to IMS, BPO and staffing.

Over the past 12 months, the teams have carefully tested this business model and have already built a workforce of over 500 consultants with some of Tech Mahindra’s leading customers. These customers now have the capability to seamlessly transition their contractors into the company’s global delivery model.
