Management Buyout From VeriSign Completed by inCode

inCode recently announced the completion of the management buyout from previous owner VeriSign, leading to the full ownership and control of inCode being assumed by its management team. With this latest development of the full management buyout, inCode now has an individual identity and will continue to operate as an independent consultancy.
Since its connection with VeriSign (News - Alert), inCode has developed and reaped the advantages of being empowered to explore new markets and areas as well as grow its expertise in the fields of media, content, security, and identity management. Now an independent consultancy, inCode will provide advisory, integration as well as deployment services to customers in the fields of telecommunications strategy and technology as well as customers that use applications of enterprise mobility.
Leader of the inCode business unit within VeriSign, Todd Crick will become president of the now independent inCode which has adopted a new tag (News - Alert) line: "Business Insight, Technology Foresight." The new tag line is symbolic of the company’s business direction which is focused on providing a strategic insight with stress upon operational execution based on deep technological expertise. While it is a known fact that inCode has a strong foundation in the wireless field, over the years the company has also stepped into new areas like media and telecom.
"The entire management team is excited to begin this next chapter in inCode's evolution, which is validated by the fact that the entire senior leadership team will remain with inCode," said Crick, the new president of inCode.
As one of North America’s largest consultation organizations concentrating their forces in the telecommunications and mobility applications space, inCode has its professionals based in different regions of the United States and Canada.
While inCode is said to have built a good reputation for itself in the line of consulting services throughout the industry, the experience of the consulting team has been a main factor contributing towards the building and maintenance of such a reputation.
The consulting team provides support not only to the premiere participants in the industry but also to leading developers of applications and services, wireless, wire-line, and cable carriers, suppliers of device and infrastructure as well as private enterprises that employ mobility applications for enhancing their business.
