Alert), an independent IT management software company, to deliver comprehensive systems, network and application monitoring and management solutions.
Inforonics’ services will be based on the CA Network and Voice Management and CA Wily Application Performance Management (APM (
News -
Alert)) solutions. These solutions are aimed at enabling the company to offer flexible deployment and business models including a hosted subscription offering that helps in controlling capital and operational expenditures.
Key benefits will include proactive identification and resolution of application and network problems; a real-time, single view of root causes of performance issues and outages; alerts to assist with triage and validation; customized escalation procedures to the right stakeholders; and problem remediation services on a 24x7 basis.
