Bluwolf's Intros Monitoring Solution for SaaS Integrations

Bluewolf recently announced the launch of its "Integration-as-a-Service" solution, which ensures the success of integrations between Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions (e.g. Big Machines, OpenAir, Salesforce.com, eAutomate) and back office systems (e.g. SAP,  Great Plains, SQL Server, Oracle (News - Alert), MySQL).

“Integration software has become a commodity,” said Lou Fox, chief technical officer at Bluewolf, in a statement. “We focus on making sure you are successful with integration by wrapping in monitoring, maintenance, enhancements and consulting into our Integration-as-a-Service offering so that clients can get a complete solution not just a tool.”

A consulting company, Bluewolf is a provider of consulting services for SaaS (News - Alert) open source and cloud computing solutions. The company has been in operation for eight years, and has a customer base of almost 1,500. While its concentration is essentially on the deployment, development and adoption of enterprise software applications, its new consultation style is based on the Agile (News - Alert) Consulting model.

Bluewolf’s latest solution includes a dashboard through which it can remotely monitor integration jobs and thus proactively alert customers of any integration issues as well as assist customers in solving the same. Additionally, Bluewolf’s services include onsite visits with integration specialists.

“Bluewolf's Integrator is incredibly powerful,” said  Bill Doane, supervisor of client systems a t Dow Jones, in a statement. “It offers never-ending opportunities to improve our sales process. We are always thinking of new information we can pull into Sales force in order to make our sales team more effective.”

The Bluewolf Integrator is designed such that it allows administrators to easily manage data flow between front and back office systems independently with minimal need for IT (Information Technology) support. As it has adopted a Wizard-based approach, even the Integrator prompts are displayed in easy-to-understand non technical terminology.

“The Bluewolf Integrator is more than just another SaaS integration product, and doesn't come with the problems associated with traditional software — it doesn't require upgrades, bug fixes, patches or training,” Fox said.
