This service offers on-going maintenance and dedicated support including proactive notifications of new application features, system maintenance, custom dashboards and reports, and recommendations on third-party applications and best practices.
In order to enable customers with these newly announced set of features and functionalities, the company is offering an upgrade optimization strategy that lets them take advantage of the new release of salesforce.com.
