Homeloan Management Limited (HML) has selected Cornerstone OnDemand to address the company's needs regarding learning management, competency assessments and development plans.
HML favored Cornerstone for its best-of-breed approach, ease of use, rapid deployment and lower total cost of ownership.
With Cornerstone, HML will have a centralized platform to manage, deliver, test, track and report on blended learning training programs - specifically ILT and e-learning - as well as integrated 360-degree feedback functionality.
