Radiant Communications (News - Alert) has chosen Monolith Software to provide enhanced connectivity services to clients. This was announced by Monolith Software, which provides enterprise monitoring solutions for managing IT infrastructures.
Commenting on the process of selecting a service provider, sources from Radiant Communications said the company chose to implement a technology management solution. Ensuring that client network connectivity meets customers' high availability needs was an important criterion of the project.
Providing enhanced and more efficient service to clients is how Radiant strives to differentiate itself from the competition.
Radiant Communications found that many commercial vendor solutions did not provide the required functionality and automated delivery of advanced services that their project required.
Company sources said that only Monolith Software was able to meet the detailed set of requirements. An exhaustive search for available management solutions that suited their management needs.
"We thought that Monolith's correlation, dashboarding, and SLA reporting capabilities were a perfect fit for our requirements," said Adrian Byram, EVP and CTO of Radiant Communications. "Our clients have hundreds of sites and tight SLA's in place, and it was quickly apparent that Monolith was the tool for us."
Radiant is now in the process of completing the deployment of their Monolith solution. The end result, according to official sources, is a highly capable system providing distinct differentiation of Radiant from their competitors

Pointing out that Monolith offered flexibility, scalability, a superior interface and is built on a single code set, Parker said that their product was particularly suitable for MSPs (managed service providers) and would deliver rapid value and return on investment.
Formed in April 2002, Monolith Software is privately held and based in St. Charles, Illinois. The company delivers next-generation monitoring for operations and Enterprise Technology Management is Monolith Software's sole focus.
