Monolith Delivers New Modules and Capabilities w/ 3.3 Release

Monolith Software, a company that delivers monitoring for operations, announced the release of mSuite (News - Alert) ITM Version 3.3. The 3.3 release monitors and manages transport, network, server, application and security components, for IT operations to provide increased uptime and performance.

While monitoring service provider grade networks, IT operations miss out on the visibility to isolate and identify issues, resulting in longer outages and inefficient use of resources. For improvement of performance of IT operations, Monolith Software has expanded mSuite ITM's capabilities to improve operations.

Some of the features of mSuite ITM Version 3.3 are dashboard engine enhancements, service level management engine, topology management and root cause analysis, state-based correlation engine, transactional poller for monitoring applications and services, metric manager enhancements, and event manager suite enhancements.

"Monolith's 3.3 release continues our long-standing tradition of listening to the market and delivering upon the market needs." Jeff Parker, president of Monolith Software, said. "Customers continue to demand an integrated, single code set, multi-tenant based solution. We do not subscribe to the theory of adding functionality through acquisition as practiced by virtually every competitor of ours in the market. With 3.3 we are introducing automated topology mapping, connectivity based root-cause analysis, state-based correlation and a highly-robust service level management engine."

The 3.3 release helps Monolith provide one solution to manage and monitor entire IT Infrastructures. Version 3.3 has various advanced features for monitoring all type of environments.

Monolith was founded in 2002 by Jeff Parker and Shawn Ennis, with experience from companies like Cisco (News - Alert), Siemens, Motorola, Windward Consulting, ITC Deltacom, and Netigy. Monolith Software is a privately held company, based in St. Charles, Ill.
