WebAssist Intros SiteAssist Pro, Helps Speed Up CSS-based Web Site Development

WebAssist announced the release of SiteAssist Professional, which introduces new functionalities to build CSS (News - Alert)-based sites — including navigation and personal customization.

 

Web professionals use CSS for their development efforts but face problems regarding too much time and other processes. In order to create smooth-flowing sites, SiteAssist Professional allows Web designers and developers to build a CSS site easily.

 

SiteAssist Professional offers Web standards compliant and well designed full-featured Web pages. These are integrated with drop-down navigation for easy Web site creation, publishing and flexible customization options. The solution offers 16 layouts and SiteAssist allows designs from other sources also. It may be designed in Eric Meyer’s CSS Sculptor, a WebAssist extension for Adobe Dreamweaver and Microsoft (News - Alert) Expression Web or from Dreamweaver templates at the user end.

 

Web developers can create and customize their pages including Spry or JavaScript framework components within the template. The CSS templates within the SiteAssist Professional library are customizable and do not require starting from scratch for professionals. It makes developing easy for beginners too.

The SiteAssist wizard enables users to select from industry-specific Web site structures like those for clubs or associations, consultants, education, medical professionals, non-profits and real estate. A range of layouts, fonts, color and navigations are available which users can mix and match to create unique designs too. Page Layouts include a complete set of page types called information architecture wireframes.

 

A click of the mouse enables addition of branches to the site and after the site is created it can be modified and customized within Dreamweaver. It supports CSS Menu Writer and also imports custom page types. It is compatible with Dreamweaver templates including 14 new templates and 16 different site types.
